The Hilltop Subdivision was platted in 1959 and re-subdivided in 1964. It was laid out into 349 lots of varying sizes to fit the contours of the land and available road easements. Subdivision Plats and Restrictions can be found at the Bandera County Courthouse n Bandera.
Our policy is to combine lots to maintain a minimum of approximately 1 acre or more. This should assume enough room for a septic system and a well, as well as your privacy. Your deed will preclude further subdividing the property as well as minimum building requirements. The building requirements include on- site construction with a minimum size of 1500 square feet and with at least ¾ masonry coverage.
Home construction plans require the approval of Medina Lake Development Co.
